BRANDED is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Fort Worth, TX that offers tailored services for private practices in the beauty, health, and wellness space. Our services include social media management, advertising (social, Google, print, and broadcast), marketing consulting, website design, SEO, branding, and email/SMS automation. Acccepted Currencies

All prices and service packages on the BRANDED website are listed in USD to ensure clarity for clients based in the United States.

Fulfillment & Cancellations

Our services are digital and are typically delivered through consultations, content delivery, and ongoing management. We outline fulfillment and cancellation policies in our service agreements. These include:

  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for completed services. Refunds for prepaid work are reviewed case-by-case.

  • Delivery Policy: Timelines are discussed during onboarding and outlined in each scope of work.

  • Cancellation Policy: All clients must give 30 days written notice to cancel recurring services, as outlined in our agreements. Unless otherwise specified.

Project Disclosure

BRANDED works exclusively with small businesses and private practices in the health, wellness, and beauty industries. We do not serve companies outside the U.S. at this time, and we reserve the right to decline work that does not align with our niche or ethical standards.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy clearly explains how we collect, use, and protect any personal data submitted through our website forms, scheduling system, or client onboarding process. We do not sell client data or share it with third parties without consent.

Promotions & Trials

BRANDED occasionally offers free trials (e.g., 4-week social media trials) and seasonal promotions. All conditions of these offers, including duration, deliverables, and next-step commitments, are disclosed clearly on landing pages and in email communications. Clients are never auto-enrolled into paid services.

PCI Compliance & Website Security

We use HTTPS encryption across all pages of brandeddm.co. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe or HoneyBook. BRANDED does not collect or store payment information directly on our servers. Our site is monitored and updated regularly to maintain security best practices.

Accepted Payment Methods:
